To get started with backups and security scans, we will need administrator access to your WordPress install(s). To do this, just create a new admin account with the username “wptechs” and the email wp@wptechs.com. This will send us an email so we can create a password for entry. We can then begin setting up the backups and security scans, and installing the video tutorial plugin.
The video tutorial plugin will show up on the sidebar of your WordPress install(s) with helpful videos to get started with WordPress. If you do not wish to have this plugin installed, just let us know and we can arrange an alternate way to view the videos.
