In order to set up the daily backups and security scans, we need Administrator access to your website. We also will install a video tutorial plugin so you can view helpful tutorial videos right inside WordPress. If you are unable to provide Admin access, we can still provide support, video tutorials, SEO software, and access to our WordPress work and development.
We only use the admin logins to make changes with our plugins, to update WordPress plugins, themes and major versions, and to complete work authorized by the customer.
We take the utmost care with admin usernames and passwords. The passwords are secured using the LastPass password manager in a secure password vault only decrypted when needed. Access is also protected by 2 Factor Authentication to increase security.
